Alice Springs College of Australia, a premier Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider located in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, has expanded its operations to Sydney. Our Burwood campus is strategically situated adjacent to Burwood station, offering a comprehensive suite of courses in areas such as kitchen management, hospitality, marketing, communication, and a graduate diploma in management (learning).

Role Objective:

The aim is to enhance our branding and market presence. We are actively recruiting marketing executives on a full-time, part-time, and casual basis to oversee and streamline our marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to augment market presence.
• Cultivate and sustain partnerships with recruitment entities, including educational agents.
• Represent the college at educational fairs and external engagements to foster the institution's reputation.
• Facilitate the enrollment of both domestic and international students through collaboration with educational agents.
• Ensure efficient communication by promptly addressing inquiries from students and educational agents.
• Design and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison with recruitment agencies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute marketing materials like flyers, brochures, newsletters, and web content to secure a competitive edge.
• Maintain a client-centric approach to growth strategy, emphasizing client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable expertise and background in marketing, supported by relevant qualifications.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• A proactive, committed individual driven to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• A collaborative team member with a strong work ethic.
• Availability for international and interstate travel.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite and a keen understanding of current social media trends.
