JDL Strategies is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This position is integral to blending traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on social media management, innovative product launches, and engaging online events. The successful candidate will demonstrate a balance of creative flair and analytical acumen to boost brand visibility and engagement across various channels.
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Direct and coordinate company marketing functions
- Lead generation through marketing
- Develop, maintain and coordinate marketing funnel
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities
- Monitor marketing methods and results for effectiveness
- Identify, establish and implement short and long term goals and objectives
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, Radio, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
To be successful you must be have / able to:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with substantial exposure to both traditional and digital marketing
- Expertise in social media management and paid traffic management, including mastery of Facebook and Google Ads
- Strong skills in copywriting and content creation for various media
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor for web design adjustments.
- Basic SEO skills to optimize online content
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Monday (CRM), Facebook Business, Google Business Review, Trust Pilot Review, Message Media (SMS Marketing), and Ontraport (Email Marketing)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Project Management
