- Demonstrate leadership and management capability through the expressed knowledge of team engagement and human, financial, and material resource management principles applicable to operational planning, coordination and evaluation of services including the Business Planning Framework.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical evidence-based skill and knowledge in midwifery, service coordination and interdisciplinary care management, evidenced by feedback, recency of practice and achieved clinical competencies.
- Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Director of Nursing & Midwifery/Facility Manager, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
