Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage all aspects of project marketing as well as building and coordinating strategic relationships for the business. In this role, there is an emphasis on developing tangible sales focused marketing communications and initiatives to achieve project success outcomes.
Some of the Core Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and driving sales focused marketing strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives.
- Develop and execute project marketing strategies through all life stages of a project, from pre-launch through to post-settlement.
- Project manage multiple creative agencies, media agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers.
- Assist with corporate brand positioning activities and strategies.
- Enhance customer experience through customer service process, presentation, systems and programs to maximise sales potential.
- Ongoing measurement and analysis of campaigns to ensure strategies deliver on budgeted sales targets and cost per sale.
- Coordinate, prepare, maintain and monitor of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
- Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, project promotion material, press, online material and other project marketing deliverables.
- Assisting in the development of videos; branding strategies; collateral, brochures, flyers, digital marketing, social media marketing and traditional marketing.
- Managing of brochures/bulletins/newsletters/marketing collateral, from inception right through to design, copyrighting, print production and mailing out.
- Create PR opportunities / provide info for features and other publishable material required.
- Coordinate all offshore and local marketing event requirements.
Some of your Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the off the plan residential development industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
- Solid marketing experience in print, digital and social marketing, and project managing suppliers such as creative agencies
- Motivation and drive to lead a team in a day-to-day setting
- Willingness to embrace and foster innovation and creativity
- Strong, proven written communication and content writing skills
- Analytics and data interpretation
