With a diverse client base and strong emerging market segments across several industries, our client is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join their team in a Greenfields marketing role.
This role aims to implement their strategy and provide marketing expertise to grow sales and brand recognition across the sector. As a family-owned business, our client has weathered challenges, adapting and evolving across three generations. Their commitment to excellence and customer service has cemented their position as an industry leader.
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. From strategic planning to tactical implementation, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact in driving brand awareness and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Harness customer insights to inform targeted marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Drive lead generation initiatives through innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years in a Marketing Manager role, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and a proven track record of driving commercial results.
• Passion: A marketing enthusiast with a drive to challenge conventions and push boundaries.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
