Your role will be diverse and operational, focusing on managing and executing marketing activities and managing projects in close co-operation with several business stake holders and colleagues.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to increase company visibility and drive qualified traffic, focusing on campaigns that deliver growth in the portfolio.
- Deploy and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across various channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and portfolio expansion.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, webinars, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, and presentations.
- Manage the company's local online presence, including local social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients and generate new leads.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Who we are looking for?
- A degree in marketing or proven experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing techniques, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and social media
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Proficient in conducting SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and translating findings into actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite is preferrable.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.
- Highly efficient, organised, and effective time management skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for writing customer centric copy.
- The ability to build great relationships.
