Position Overview: I am seeking a 'gun' marketer with a passion for innovation to join as the Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading marketing initiatives for the portfolio of established brands while spearheading the launch of a blockbuster biological treatment in the dermatology space. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, making it ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in a small, fast-paced company. You will have one direct report in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the established brand portfolio, driving growth and market share.
• Lead the launch strategy and tactical execution for this blockbuster biological treatment in the dermatology space, leveraging your expertise in biologics or biosimilars and launch experience.
• Experience with PBS submissions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch plans.
• Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including market research, positioning, messaging, creative development, and promotional activities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and sales tools, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance standards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing roles, with a focus on biologics or biosimilars and launch experience.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
