Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager-Acquisition to join our Marketing Team
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for driving awareness, consideration and growth across key digital channels for prospective CBHS members to support overall business goals.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Design and implement best-in-class digital marketing strategies, including display, paid social, paid search, SEO and PPC based on data and insight to drive new member growth
- Design and implement test and learn strategies to optimise campaigns, and drive efficiencies
- Develop and implement content and SEO strategy
- Actively manage the overall acquisition budget including development, forecasting, and tracking of promotional offers
- Provide regular reporting and evaluation on campaign performance and all major metrics
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights
- Effectively manage agency relationships
Research, evaluate and recommend new digital marketing opportunities
About you:
- Strong experience (7-10 years) and track record in performance marketing, marketing strategy and customer acquisition
- Detailed knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking and performance measurement
- Proven capability in managing multiple stakeholders .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills including the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Strategic thinker with proven commercial acumen
Desirable Experience:
- Background in the health insurance industry or membership-based organisations
- Experience in NFP environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience or Post Graduate Qualification
