THE POSITION
RATIONALE is delighted to share an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Managerto join the Marketing Team.
The Marketing Manager is an integral leadership role within the RATIONALE Brand Team, focused on amplifying brand presence through Marketing and PR activity.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this position centres on building and protecting brand equity while supporting the RATIONALE Team to build awareness, acquire new Clientele and support sales objectives. Working alongside the Communications + Content Manager and the PR + Events Manager, the Marketing Manager is required to expertly plan the Activity and Events Calendar, devising creative and captivating ways to capture market share.
Within this role, there is an overarching and critical emphasis on collaboration and significant support to drive commercial objectives forward, across the Flagship, Agency, Digital and Specialty Departments. The Marketing Manager needs to work closely with these Sales Leaders to bring activations, events and messages to life that will resonate and convert to sales.
The Marketing Manager is able to act as a Brand Guardian with key stakeholders within the business, applying a luxury lens to all activity to ensure we remain at the forefront of a luxury skincare offering. In addition, support the professional development and growth of the Marketing Team, and provide support to the Global Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distil the Brand strategy into an effective Activity and Event Planner in line with Company Vision
- Plan new product launches in line with overall strategy
- In collaboration with Global Marketing Manager, set, create and execute Brand marketing plan + activities effectively and within timelines
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, including Sales Channels Leaders, effectively implement Activity and Events Planner across key teams and departments, and ensure delivery of key activity
- Based on the brand and marketing strategy set, create a reporting structure across all pillars to gather analysis, insights and recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
- Experience at a Senior Marketing Level
- Experience with Media outlets and event execution
- Strong understanding of the media landscape across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, culture, etc.
- Excellent social, written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation as an ambassador of RATIONALE
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to think strategically as well as deliver results
- Strong focus on the Client and the Client experience
- Ability to work as part of an integrated Team, maintaining focus in an exceptionally creative and fast-paced office environment
