Position:Marketing Manager

Location: Toorak, Melbourne

Type: Full-time or Part-Time (4 days a week) Available (hybrid working model)

Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving CHM's growth by leading the marketing functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and brand presence. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on our expansion plans in Allied health (B2C) and contribute to the wellbeing of our community.

Responsibilities Overview

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  • Create, oversee and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the creative/ design team to develop compelling and consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Identify new target markets, and product/service enhancements to capitalise on emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the health, wellbeing, or allied health industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand development, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth using marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing metrics.
  • Creative, with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for health, wellbeing, and allied health services.
