Our Fantasea Cruising business complements the ferry services with its leisure-oriented experiences connecting Circular Quay, Manly, Watsons Bay and Taronga Zoo, as well as seasonal whale watching cruises, special event packages and private charters. The Australian Tourism award winning Gordon River cruises is based out of the historic Strahan Village, operating breathtakingly beautiful cruises on Macquarie Harbour.

Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do
Join the exciting future of the NRMA Marine team encompassing Manly Fast Ferry, Fantasea Cruising and Gordon River Cruises. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans initiatives to grow awareness of NRMA marine products and services, drive direct online sales and support the development of other sales.
In this permanent full time position, you will function as a hands-on Marketing Manager and will be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
Specifically you will be required to:
- Develop marketing plans for specific products and services including clear customer growth strategies, advertising and channel requirements with recommended investment
- Conduct and present quarterly reviews of marketing activities including channel performance, social media and customer review site monitoring, campaign and product marketing initiatives
- Develop and publish multimedia content to support various products, special events and other initiatives
- Develop printed collateral and other materials as required across direct retail and third-party sales channels
- Leverage social media channels to amplify content and engage new audiences
- Monitor and manage consumer reviews on third-party sites and escalate to appropriate business managers for response or resolution as required
- Develop a comprehensive third-party channel strategy and plan to drive traffic and conversion on the NRMA marine website(s)
- Manage visual brand guidelines and ensure application across all customer touchpoints
- Support in the development and delivery of branded assets for all areas of the business
What You’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, tourism or similar
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly-proficient in digital media and channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment
- Must be hands-on, self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of roles and people
