Their goal is to support other businesses to transform how they operate by enhancing knowledge tasks with Artificial Intelligence. They are an Australian AI startup, operating for three years and their technology platform is nearing completion moving the business to the next stage of customer acquisition.
To support the growth and the next stage of the business they are seeking the services of an experienced Growth/Performance Marketing Manager to take the vision and concept to the world. Building a global program of awareness and lead-generation.
In this role you will be pivotal in scaling the market presence and user base. You'll lead our marketing efforts, focusing on data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role involves overseeing digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and partnership development. The ideal candidate for this role will bring with them not only prior experience in working in similar situations but experience across B2B and SaaS.
Task and Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend across channels.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to boost online presence and lead generation.
- Spearhead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including case studies, whitepapers, and articles highlighting the AI capabilities.
- Host webinars and online demos to demonstrate platform features and engage potential clients.
- Forge partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers, tech firms, and other relevant entities.
- Leverage client success stories and testimonials to enhance brand credibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Prior Experience and Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- B2B sales experience
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing a marketing budget and teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
