The Company

The Role
This role is crucial to the continued growth of their MedTech products and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Duties
- Support development & execution of successful channel specific marketing plans
- Partner with Global teams to localise global marketing content
- Apply Organisations values to marketing campaigns & collateral
- Implement strategies which act as a conduit between customer needs & Organisations values
- Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure campaign success
- Execute marketing material for launches
- Execute marketing materials for lead stimulation
- Execute marketing material for sales training & development
- Develop customer specific activation campaigns
- Provide insights from retailers purchasing criteria
- Some event coordination
- Partner with the marketing sales & customer service
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
Previous experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - essential
- Proven experience in OTC/Healthcare/Medtech
- Proven B2B & B2B2C marketing capabilities
- Expertise developing POS materials
- Previous Sales experience - advantageous
- Digital capabilities - advantageous
- Trade Marketing - advantageous
- Exposure to various customer groups
- Strong data analytics capabilities
- Proven financial acumen
