An exciting new opportunity exists at an Asia Pacific leading commercial furniture company for a Marketing Manager.
Zenith are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and manage all aspects of our marketing initiatives across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. The position will be based at Zenith’s Head Office in Kingsgrove NSW.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES
Key accountability of the Marketing Manager is to manage and mentor the marketing team, create and implement the marketing strategy for all regions (Australia, New Zealand & Asia), driving growth and enhancing brand presence in the market.
To meet this, some of your duties will include:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Creating and overseeing marketing strategy in line with business objectives
Strategic Planning
- Define clear goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Overseeing and creating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and industry influencers.
- Manage the media program and advertising schedules, ensuring timely execution of content and events.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s values, tone, and visual identity.
Produce monthly marketing reports to assess campaign effectiveness and communicate insights to management.
- Produce and analyze monthly and weekly marketing reports to assess campaign effectiveness, track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Create and maintain the company event calendar; Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar, including company and industry events.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role for a high-end or creative brand.
- Experience marketing to architects, designers, project management firms and large end-user organisations.
- Experience within the F&E industry (preferred)
- Experience working for a global business (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Experience in creating and managing marketing budgets.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns for new products and key industry sectors.
- Experience in successfully launching new products.
- Experience in designing, planning, budgeting, and executing events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics software.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- Familiarity with Google advertising and website management.
