Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. Cerrone is a successful business with retail, wholesale & online presence.

With your exceptional ability in Marketing and love for Cerrone you will define and implement the local marketing plan within Australia & overseas ensuring action plans have clear set objectives that are aligned with the overall global objectives of the business.

As a digital leader, you will ensure that the Cerrone website delivers a strong online experience through best in market eCommerce initiatives and optimisations (UX, SEO, conversion and content optimisation).

The ideal candidate will have a vested interest and alignment with our brand and product and extensive digital experience within the fashion industry, a detailed understanding on a daily basis, they will manage Cerrone’s online and store marketing activities on their owned channels ensuring brand alignment across all.

Working with higher level management and the wider team, this role will involve detailed reporting and analysis, making informed marketing decisions to drive brand performance both online & in-store. This role is based in Leichhardt head office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

eCommerce:

    Lead day-to-day operations of digital channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product plans.

    Test, configure, and implement web assets, content, and promotions regularly and according to marketing calendar

    Measure and monitor channel performance, presenting trade results weekly with recommendations.

    Monitor website performance daily, identify potential issues and ensure best in practice

    Manage and optimise online product identity (creative, imagery, SEO)

    Identify areas for improvement & innovation, opportunities to enhance sales, profitability, and customer experience.

    Use data and analytics for improvement and strategic opportunities.

    Lead strategy and management of CRM initiatives including online EDM flows, chat & loyalty programs

    Work with development agency to execute website updates and roadmap projects.

    Champion online marketplace platforms, managing strategy, content, products, promotions & stakeholders to ensure budgeted contribution to overall business performance.

Marketing:

    Partner with Creative director, to align on go-to-market marketing strategies to drive online sales

    Champion the marketing calendar and promotional plans for the brands digital channels

    Manage briefing of content creation, ensuring brand integrity and consistency of content across multiple channels

    Planning, designing, and executing email marketing campaigns and flows according to schedule

    Lead fast paced digital marketing strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition, omni channel, customer loyalty and experience.

    Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple platforms and customer touch points

    Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to manage PPC, SEO and paid social channels to achieve shared targets.

Reporting & Budgeting:

    Manage weekly and monthly ecommerce reporting, focussing on website performance, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, loyalty, returns and revenue, using this data to make suggestions for continual improvements and decision making.

    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

    New collection performance reporting

    Forecast, Develop and monitor marketing & campaign budgets

    Conduct market and competitor reviews/ analysis

    Yearly forecasting and re-forecasting as required

Skills & qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years’ experience operating an ecommerce business and digital marketing channels.

    Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or Information Technology preferred

    Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

    High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

    Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure.

    Detail understanding and knowledge of ecommerce, marketing, and retail

    Understanding of web design

    Proven abilities across Microsoft Office applications, Shopify, Excel/google sheets.
