We are a not-for-profit Company limited by guarantee and a registered Community Health Service under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic).

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Digital Marketing all-rounder to join this leading Community Health organisation. With recent growth in providing critical services, this is a key role in a growing marketing and communications team. 

Reporting to the Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, the position is responsible for driving digital marketing engagement through the management of an integrated content schedule, the development of assets, in a variety of formats and channels, and digital campaign management.

To be successful in this role you will be a creative and innovative self-starter, with exceptional story-telling and writing skills, and able to easily capture the message and tone of a communication specific to the audience. You will understand the principles of accessible communication and the importance of delivering a message in ways that people can understand.

While efficient in digital marketing, site analytics, and the principals of SEO, you will also enjoy traditional marketing and design, supporting and leveraging community engagement, internal communication and the development of program collateral to align with the recently launched new Gateway Health brand.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, enjoy using initiative and going above and beyond, looking to improve the way things are done. Conversing easily with customers, suppliers and stakeholders is also critical.

The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a team and contributing towards the delivery of group strategy. 

To be considered for this role you will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the health sector is not essential, but an understanding of issues within the sector is advantageous.

Classification Managers and Admin Grade 3
