POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing and sales strategies for two entities under a unified ownership: Levantine Hill and Bensons Property Group. Both renowned for their luxury offerings and exceptional market presence, these companies demand a sophisticated approach to marketing and sales that resonates with their high-end clientele.
In your split role, there will be a strong focus on marketing and sales administration support to the Brand & Marketing Manager (Levantine Hill) and the General Manager of Sales & Marketing (Bensons Property Group). The role will vary across, but not limited to, brand communications, tactical advertising, project launches, direct selling via e-commerce, networking, media liaison, promotional events, packaging, promotional material, website amendments, and management of social media accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support
- Preparation and compilation of reports and marketing material.
- Budget reporting.
- Hosting, administering, organising and/or attending functions and annual events as required from time to time.
- Maintain key marketing contacts list.
- Adhoc administration duties and providing assistance to the sales team.
- Coordinate advertising production with media agency.
- Maintain and update company websites as instructed.
Sales and Marketing
- Development of videos.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Assisting in branding strategies.
- Evaluate appropriate campaigns and positioning strategies for developments.
- Managing of brochures/bulletins/newsletters/marketing collateral, from inception right through to design, copyrighting, print production and mailing out.
- PR and press liaison, including influencers and awards.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing procedure/protocol manuals as needed.
- Brand development and awareness.
Digital Coordination
- Oversee website maintenance and content.
- Update and maintain all websites with contact details, products, photos, media, videos and other relevant material.
- Create, update and send quarterly project updates with information gained from the Development project manager.
- Manage CMS - web uploading and basic web design capabilities.
- Monitor and report on web traffic and other key performance indicators.
- Coordinate and implement EDM campaigns, including basic marketing material design.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Knowledge
- 2-5 years’ experience in residential property marketing, including familiarity with key industry portals such as Realestate.com.au it’s associated Agent Admin software
- Ability to devise, run and analyse EDM campaigns and experience with Campaign Agent software
- Proven ability writing for the web and social media.
- Digital knowledge: web, email, mobile and emerging digital media.
- Fluent in social media in particular Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Google+ and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash.
- Knowledge of info graphics and typography.
- Knowledge of current web standards.
Skills
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator) and/ or Canva, and experience with desktop publishing preferred.
- Proven ability to liaise with senior executives and communicate effectively with clients, external parties and staff members generally.
