We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in North Sydney as an Marketing & Operations Assistant. This role involves a diverse array of tasks including managing daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow within the department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in the property sector.
About the role
- Provide full administrative support and assistance team as required
- Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Management of marketing campaigns including ordering of services and coordination of general marketing initiatives
- Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functions
- Maintain the team's calendars and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements and aid when necessary
- Update case studies, team bios, client testimonials and other marketing-related tasks as required
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in property is highly beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Experience in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
