Due to unprecedent transformation and an exciting venture in our Sydney CBD office, we are seeking a Permanent Full Time – Workplace Experience Coordinator within Our Workplace Experience team.
Our team prides itself on a ‘one team mindset’ and shares knowledge by working collaboratively and contributing to the achievement of AEMO's business objectives. As the face of our Sydney based team, you’ll grow meaningful connections which will allow our workforce and guests to feel not only acknowledged but provide a true sense of belonging.
This role is perfect for anyone looking to expand their skills in facilities and concierge where you will be supported within a connected, although geographically dispersed team, one that supports each other for success.
Snapshot of your day
- Workplace Concierge and Meeting Room Conference Services
- Security Access Management and Onboarding and Offboarding
- Critical and Non-Critical staff and Guest Services support
- Facility reactive and nonreactive maintenance support
- Procurement and Budget support
- Records and Database Management
- Travel, Audit, ServiceNow, CRM processing and Roster support
What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience in a customer service environment ideally having worked in corporate reception, shared serviced offices, facility or a concierge environment would be a significant advantage.
- Understanding of Facility & Property security and compliance requirements within an administrative environment.
- Your polished written and verbal communication skills ensure clarity and effective interactions.
- Ability to deliver results and balance competing priorities to produce quality outcomes.
