Motor Holdings Group (MHG) houses two leading online consumer brands; Carbuyers.com.au and Verifi Inspect. The company's brands have a long-standing history with consumers and trade partners, servicing over 12,000 customers per month. MHG, located in Port Melbourne as of February 1st, has recently expanded its operations investing in a larger facility to accommodate both brands under one roof, as well as launching a new motor vehicle retail operation for the public. As the Marketing and Partnership Manager at Motor Holdings Group, your role will be pivotal in maintaining and driving marketing strategies, fostering current major partnerships with leading trade partners and reporting performance across partnerships, sales and marketing to the General Manager and Directors.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy
- Maintain and improve current digital marketing strategies across all brands and new business verticals (retail). This will include the management of all third party marketing consultants and agencies.
- Be a master of our in house CRM and leverage our data to support sales and marketing strategy, as well as reporting
- Develop and implement new marketing strategies across other mediums for carbuyers.com.au and Verifi Inspect, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive brand development initiatives and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
2. Partnership Management and Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant industry players, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business growth.
- Manage our major partnerships that refer business to MHG as well as those we refer to
3. Facility Marketing
- Oversee marketing efforts related to the new retail operation, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric brand experience within the facility, ensure it is incorporated with our current successful digital marketing strategy
4. Public Relations
- Manage relationships with the public and key stakeholders in the automotive industry, fostering a positive image for MHG and its brands.
5. Sales Support
- Work closely with sales call centre teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing the necessary tools and strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Own the reporting of sales results in consultation with the sales team, to be reported up to the Directors
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Proven experience in marketing and partnership management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with motor vehicle retail operations and the Australian automotive market would be well regarded but essential.
