Form of workWe're searching for a skilled and dynamic Marketing Producer to join our creative marketing team. The Marketing Producer will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and projects from concept to completion.

About the Role
This role requires a creative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Producer will ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand's vision and goals.
This role is based in Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches close to Warringah Mall for public transport or onsite parking.
About You
To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate these skills, experience and qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience as a Marketing Producer or similar role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with agency partners
- Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Scoping, estimating, time-lining and documentation including functional specs, risk identification and change management practices.
- Quickly grasp business issues and work well under pressure of tight deadlines.
- Team management and team development capability.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Analysis and reporting for business cadence, SLT and Board papers.
- Excellent listener with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Brief creation and delivery.
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail & proactive in approach.
- Negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to multi-task and time-manage efficiently.
- Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving skills.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures as varied from time-to-time.
