We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing team for an organised and detail oriented person to provide Marketing & Sales Support to the Construction division.
Located at Wetherill Park, this role is responsible for providing crucial support in marketing and sales activities through the generation and distribution of programmed and ad-hoc customer, product, and sales data analyses. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting marketing campaigns, events, social media initiatives, merchandise, displays, travel arrangements, and uniform requests, among other activities essential to our business operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide timely sales data reports to Product Specialists and Sales Management for budgeting, forecasting and business reviews.
- Produce, maintain and distribute standard daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the sales and management teams.
- Support the development, creation, implementation, execution and review of marketing campaigns, activities, social media, displays, point of sale, merchandise and events.
- Undertake analysis, including customer journey, product penetration, competitor benchmarking to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Assist with staff travel requirements and uniform orders/requests.
- Support adherence to marketing budget forecasts and expenditure.
- Ensure submission of approved invoices and expenditure for payment and processing.
- Assist with general operational and adhoc duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates will have previous sales reporting and data analysis experience is essential, financial and commercial understanding and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.
Also required is a natural curiosity with a continuous desire to try new things, a 'can do' attitude, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical skills, excellent planning and organising skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability and ability work accurately and meet tight deadlines and a strong customer orientation.
