The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns and programs to deliver on brand objectives and commercial growth for your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the Marketing Lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring the marketing plans and strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion
- Work across all marketing assets as required, including but not limited to catalogues, media, POS, local area marketing initiatives, digital, social, PR, partnerships, activations and conferences
- Drive marketing initiatives across all touchpoints and maintain the governance of all brand guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring all sign offs at each stage with the relevant stakeholders and brand campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support in presenting of campaign concepts to stakeholders ensuring outputs are matching briefs and aligned to brand objectives
We are looking for:
- Experience in managing and implementing end-to-end campaigns across all channels including digital
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills and can manage multiple business priorities and projects.
- Experience dealing with agencies as well as writing high quality media and strategic creative briefs.
- Experience working with media and production agencies
- Support in presenting of campaign concepts to stakeholders ensuring outputs are matching briefs and aligned to brand objectives
