In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our marketing strategy and driving campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing campaign plans, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, managing budgets, creating compelling content, and staying ahead of marketing trends. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a cross-marketing (B2B, B2C) environment, along with strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. A tertiary qualification in marketing and communications is desirable, as is experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Write and implement campaign plans that includes the strategy and implementation initiative; project direction, consumer profiles, PR, channel choice, digital and budget considerations with the aim of increasing sales lead generation.
- In collaboration with the team, provide input into all marketing strategy planning as requested and demonstrate input into the most effective rollout of the agreed marketing strategy
- Communicate the marketing and advertising requirements of the business to the appointed external agencies and internally to key stakeholders. Ensure consistency and accuracy of all content issued (copy, graphics, data, research).
- Liaise with the appointed marketing agencies to implement all relevant campaign marketing requirements including advertising, direct marketing, sponsorship, signage, point of sale collateral, newsletters, promotions, events and media buying.
- Establish and manage effective working relationships with the appointed external agencies, and operate as a point of contact between the agency and the business.
- Control of marketing expenditure to ensure the annual budget is being maximised with cost efficiencies being identified. Process all supplier invoices and report on the Budget
- Provide support to the local branches in the drafting and production of local marketing activities such as lineage ads, flyers and other collateral as required to market the brands effectively.
- Write, create & despatch consumer content, such as eDMs, newsletters, etc as required.
- Research and keep abreast of marketing innovations and evolution of media channels available.
- Presents ideas and constant recommendations on effective digital opportunities.
- Contribute to regular reporting.
- Maintain and update the website with current campaigns and product specific information.
- Identify PR stories and opportunities for the business and brand.
- Event management lead or support as required, including planning, running & participating
- Segmenting the database for eDMs, analysing demographic data and using the CRM data generally for marketing purposes
- Involvement in projects to identify, scope and implement cost saving strategies across the Group
- Mentor and develop Marketing Coordinator including providing clear communication and directing workflow
