As the Brand Engagement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our team, handling requests from across the organisation and ensuring timely, on-brand execution. You will help shape our story, contribute and deliver on marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, event management and amplify our impact across the WA community.
You will bring your passion for all things marketing, with key duties including;
- Plan, develop, and review engaging on-brand content for various channels, including company website, social media, EDM, and corporate publications.
- Play an active role in planning and executing medium-scale internal and external events, including company staff award ceremonies and attendance at industry expos.
- Develop, execute and implement high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Provide specialist brand and marketing advice to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Brand Engagement Manager to provide marketing, communications, public relations and event support as required.
- Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or similar and experience in a similar role.
- Experience delivering a range of marketing activities and campaigns, from concept to completion.
- Experience working with a range of marketing systems and platforms, including WordPress CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly InDesign), Canva, Campaign Automation & Email marketing tools (ideally ClickDimensions), social media schedulers, advertising and analytic platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Experience running or supporting medium-scale organisational events.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and relatable messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on projects with competing deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.
- Experience working in the not-for-profit or disability sector desired by not essential.
