About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Aquify Pools. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. Your creative flair, analytical skills, and marketing expertise will contribute to the continued growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Aquify Pools' products and services, targeting both residential and commercial markets.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, print media, email campaigns, social media, and website content, to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicate Aquify Pools' value proposition and differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation, informing strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, vendors, and media contacts, to enhance brand reputation and foster collaboration opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, design, and pool industry developments, and integrate innovative approaches into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the construction, home improvement, or outdoor leisure industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for outdoor living and a genuine interest in the pool industry is highly desirable.
