Reporting to our Australian Marketing Lead and working closely with our global team based in New Zealand, you'll ensure our marketing activity is executed in line with our regional marketing strategy as well as our global approach. In this busy role, you'll be coordinating campaign implementation and monitoring, with a focus on seamless integration with sales and advertising initiatives. You'll also be responsible for:
- Optimising campaigns for maximum reach, engagement and return on investment.
- Managing promotional activities and driving co-promotional partnerships and sponsorships.
- Oversee the development of our social media presence in Australia.
- Manage marketing technology platforms such as the Gallagher AM website, Digital Asset Management, Content Management System, CRM, eCommerce, Marketing Automation and Project Management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Campaigns Specialist role.
- Strong digital marketing experience with proficiency in marketing technology platforms and an understanding of current marketing technology trends and best practices.
- Experience building or coordinating brand-aligned content, ideally with an “eye for design” and skills in Indesign or Canva.
- Experience and skills in developing long and short-form copy with some exposure to social media management.
- The ability to work autonomously, while also being able to leverage the support of national and global marketing teams.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
