Your new company based Inner City West of Brisbane are seeking a Marketing professional to join their small team. This role can be hired at a varying experience level depending on the candidate; there is scope for a Senior Marketing Officer role or a Marketing Manager role to lead the existing marketing staff. Salary will depend on experience.
Your new role
Support management with Brand and Product Management growth adding input to strategy as needed.
Utilise key social media channels (Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok) for advertising and track usage and deliver reporting to management on ROI of all methods of advertising
Ensure optimisation of marketing processes through automation where possible
Create copywriting content for media, blogs, adverts, social media posts
Create basic graphics using adobe or Canva tools
Canvass target markets on major social channels & arrange partnership agreements with target representatives on Instagram / Tik Tok
Manage active marketing and publicity campaigns
Implement click funnel advertising.
Create and send out regular EDM’s to specific clients and automate where possible
Introduce regular marketing analysis and reporting to leadership and ensure integrity on metrics
Identify, coordinate, and manage local and regional PR opportunities
Day-to-day engagement with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Internal development and design team.
Report and present regularly on local area marketing activities, initiatives, and campaigns
Support the delivery and execution of multi-channel promotional/seasonal marketing campaigns and key projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be ideally be degree educated and have proven work experience as a "hands on" Marketeer. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken are essential. You will be skilled in copywriting and comfortable with basic graphic design. You will be someone who enjoys attending the office daily and being a part of a vibrant, creative culture.
