AddressECU WORLDWIDE Australia Pty Ltd, a leading name in the logistics and freight industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about crafting impactful advertising policies and campaigns to support our sales objectives and promote our services to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advertising: Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns that align with our sales objectives, ensuring they effectively promote the attributes of our services and reach our target markets.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, involving activities such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
- Market Analysis: Analyze consumer patterns and preferences, interpret and predict current and future consumer trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Market Research: Undertake comprehensive market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing services, including the collection and analysis of data and other statistical information.
- Marketing Strategy: Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns, supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Product and Service Promotion: Commission market research and advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels, to maximize market penetration and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the logistics, freight, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising strategies, consumer behavior analysis, and market research techniques.
- Proficiency in coordinating advertising campaigns and managing projects within time and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Location: Tullamarine, VIC
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation per annum
