AddressYou will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain clients, candidates, and consultants, foster brand awareness, and stimulate business growth. This role is a relatively new addition to the Talent Connect Australia team, which means there is an opportunity for true creativity!
The role combines marketing expertise with an understanding of the recruitment industry to effectively promote our services and set us apart from competitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Campaign Management: Developing and coordinate marketing and lead generation campaigns; utilising channels such as email marketing, search engine marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Social Channel Management: Manage and oversee TCA's presence on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Content Development: Create compelling content and marketing collateral to attract and engage clients, consultants, and candidates, including website content, blog posts, case studies, and social media updates.
Collaborate with consultants and leadership to develop targeted and specialist content to support consultant's business development activity and personal brand.
Develop and design marketing materials and imagery in line with TCA's branding and campaign requirements. - Website Administrator: Oversee and maintain the TCA website
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- This is a 1-2 day p/w part-time role
- This role is based in Sydney CBD and will be working in the office
