Role Overview

In response to our growth and our ambition to further penetrate the education sector, Harwyn invites applications for the role of Marketing Specialist. This role is integral to our team, offering a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to our dynamic company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns in alignment with sales objectives, including planning, development, and advising on targeting strategies to enhance market presence and consumer awareness.
• Lead the coordination and production of diverse advertising activities—photography, copywriting, media production—ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify areas of demand and uncover market opportunities to support business growth.
• Offer comprehensive marketing advice, covering product mix, pricing, promotions, sales strategies, and distribution channels, to optimise market reach and profitability.
• Co-ordinate content creation and dissemination across digital platforms, including social media and websites, analysing and evaluating campaign performance.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness, analyse campaign data, and recommend content updates to improve search engine rankings and overall digital presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Previous experience of working with the education sector seen as highly beneficial.
• A background in architecture or building trades with an understanding of prefabricated infrastructure solutions would be highly beneficial.
• Strong project development skills, with the ability to lead campaigns from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator suite skills.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
