Marketing Coordinator

Milky Lane has an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to join the team at our Head Office in Pyrmont, NSW. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing team and franchisees with all things marketing, including inbound communications, email and print collateral, promotions, collaborations and new venue openings.

Your main responsibilities as a Marketing Manager will include:

• Be the voice of our Social Pages with over 500,000 followers (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook) and support outbound posts and social schedules
• The backbone of national promotions (i.e. Mother’s Day), National Days (i.e. World Chocolate Day) and local promotions
• Be a part of our epic monthly specials.  Tasks include email campaigns, print material and franchisee support.  Check them out on IG
• Bring partnerships to life by identifying and reaching out to collaboration partners.  Past collabs include Culture Kings, Crust Pizza and Halo Top Ice Cream
• Assist in the management new venue openings including media event, marketing collateral, public relations and marketing plan
• Manage inbound communications from our website

About You: 

• Hard-working, customer-oriented individual that can work in a small team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with franchisees, venue managers and inbound customer enquiries via meta and website
• Experience with Canva or similar and email systems like MailChimp
• Minimum two-years experience in a similar position
• Degree in Marketing or similar field
