AddressHood Sweeney, a South Australia-based professional services firm, is seeking a Marketing Team Administrator to join its Marketing and Communications team.
The Marketing Team Administrator will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to the Marketing team, various internal stakeholders and external clients. You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and a passion for getting things done.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the marketing calendar and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials and reports;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers, venues, and suppliers;
- Maintaining and updating the marketing database, mailing lists and the organisation’s website;
- Provide support to deliver Hood Sweeney’s events;
- Oversee the various libraries of photos, logos, brand identity kits and marketing collateral;
- Assisting with budgeting and invoicing;
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite and have experience with social media and digital marketing; including content creation and contributing to the delivery of engaging content. You will be eager to learn and offer high-level administrative support to an experienced, hands-on team. Experience using InDesign or in a similar environment will also be desirable.
Key to this role is exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and build relationships. You should possess a positive and proactive approach to work and show exemplary attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Working competently and positively within a small team is a must.
This role could be particularly suitable for individuals pursuing their Marketing or Communications studies or for someone who has recently completed their formal studies. We would consider a part-time arrangement for the right person.
