The Marketing and Business Administration Assistant will assist with all aspects of Promotional Marketing. It is a fast pace creative role, that will give the candidate the opportunity to learn all areas of a marketing company.
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic, self-starter capable of working within a team-orientated environment. Attention to detail with superior client focus and communication skills is essential. Possesses the ability to build strong client relationships.

Well-developed interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with clients and suppliers alike.
A high level of computer literacy.
Marketing and Branding: working closely with the GM of Marketing to prepare all creative materials and ensure all quotes/briefs are finalized on time.
Manage production and our supply chain: work with hundreds of our factories and suppliers to deliver on time every time.
Online & Email: creating and posting content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), preparing email marketing and reporting on results, manage branding across website and Google .
Internal: Assisting with and liaising with internal stakeholders across the other areas of our business.
Assistance with all sales activities and managing our CRM input.
Essential skills/experience:
Completed a degree or diploma in marketing or business
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Experience using CRM data management, this is preferred but not essential
Proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Excel & Powerpoint
Excellent Writing skills and creative ability
Ability to work within a team
