A number of opportunities have arisen to be part of a dynamic team for Marshalling & Customer Service projects for a high-profile State Government department.
This Government Department provides an extensive network of services across NSW and places the customer experience as its number one priority. Due to a high-profile event in the Newcastle area, a higher frequency of transportation services is required to manage the increase in transport use. We are seeking a large team that can assist as frontline Marshalling and crowd management, monitoring customers numbers and promoting a safe environment for all.
You will attend training and be continuously briefed with any changes in order to assist and provide the customers with the correct information and maintain a high level of Customer Service and marshalling.
You will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in busy environments and face to face Customer Service. This is a casual role with varying levels of work available, dependent on project requirements.
