As the Operations Team Leader - Master Buccaneer, you will be an integral part of our operations at Cone Bay. You will be leading a team completing tasks in line with our operations plan.
This role is on our liveaboard vessel, the Buccaneer, a 20m aluminium work cat that is used for the majority of operations onsite.
You will be working a 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off roster doing 12 hour shifts. This is a full time, permanent position.
Cone Bay: You will be working on the beautiful island of Cone Bay in the remote coastlines of the Buccaneer Archipelago. Tassal provides transport, accommodation, a gym and all meals on the island.
What does your week look like?
Farm Duties: Feeding/net cleaning/harvesting/weigh checking/cage building and rigging and anchor work among other tasks.
Leadership: Leading a small team of up to 4 staff to complete tasks.
Can Do – Safely: Ensuring all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
