Renmark Paringa Council are seeking an Operations Team Leader to head our Water Services Team. The successful candidate will assist the Manager Operations to lead and provide continuous support and development, so that resources meet the schedule of works requirements in both delivery of new infrastructure and maintenance of existing infrastructure. This role will ensure that we achieve high standards of presentation within our Water Services and high level of public satisfaction with the service that we provide.

Requirements:
Previous experience with developing stormwater, wastewater and irrigation maintenance programs.
Previous pipeline and pumpstation construction and maintenance.
Experience with engaging and working with contract companies and staff.
Experience in testing and assessing the use of wastewater for public facilities.
Proven results in leading a team.
Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations (desirable)
Certificate IV in Management (desirable)
Current Drivers Licence, White Card and National Police Clearance.
