You will be deployed directly supporting a Program Director / Manager / on a large strategic program and will need to manage the program schedule and multiple stream coordination.
Your day in the life of a Master Scheduler at Optus
The role will manage a highly sophisticated, multi-stream program master schedule. The Master Scheduler will facilitate schedule development workshops, detailed schedule management to a sophisticated standard, schedule and critical path reporting for the overall program and the ongoing schedule development.
You will work closely with the Program Director and Program Manager to mitigate schedule risks and find opportunities to expedite scheduled tasks to deliver the program on time as agreed with the customer.
Your skills to pay the bills
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or Senior Project Scheduler
- Proven track record in successfully supporting a large team of program managers
- Proven track record in Microsoft Project Scheduling
- Prior experience working in telecommunications is highly advantageous
