Support our leadership team at our Green Hills site with effective interventions and approaches that enables residents to experience meaning engaging and holistic wellbeing. Your coach like approach will support the staff to plan activities and implement wellbeing initiatives that promotes their quality of life and that connects community groups and volunteers to the resident communityPermanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position – enjoy the stability.Salary packaging – increased take home pay through salary packaging including novated leasing optionsBirthday leave – take time to celebrate with your friends and familyYour ContributionSupport the Green Hills leadership team to implement approaches and interventions that promote holistic person-centred wellbeing for residentsEnsure effective implementation of person-centred programs/initiatives that have been developed by the Residential Care Support Services team.Monitor and track the progress of person-centered wellbeing programsEnsure household care staff are supported to set up household zones/spaces ,that provide residents with purpose, whilst enabling choice and dignityProvide service-aligned mentoring to staff, clients, and families to promote belonging, wellbeing, and values alignmentEnsure effective planning, budget management, execution, and cleanup of events and activities alongside relevant teams Ensure team leaders and household staff are equipped to plan resident day trips to outside locations Establish effective working relationships with local community groups that align with the Green Hills service goals, and provide social and care services to residentsEnsure effective recruitment, onboarding, and oversight of volunteersThe EssentialsRelevant qualification in social sciences, health, or humanities5 years’ experience in leading wellbeing approaches for patients or residents in a healthcare settingAptitude to learn and work within the framework of the Aged Care Standards and AccreditationDemonstrates leadership skills in managing, coaching, and engaging a team to perform at their best.Is collaborative, emphatic, energetic & proactive with a can-do outgoing attitude.Adept at conflict resolution and able to find common ground within a range of stakeholdersPossess a current Criminal History Check Certificate suitable for aged care and three COVID VaccinationsAble to undertake a role with moderate physical requirements.About UsFresh Hope Communities exists to create spaces that cultivate belonging and places that feel like home.For almost 90 years, we have been providing quality support and lifestyle choices across retirement, residential and respite settings, as well as conference and outdoor adventure experiences for school and community groups.
