This position has a salary of 90k base + superannuation.

About the role

A position for an experienced Solidworks Design Engineer (Bachelor or Diploma Certified) is available. Work will be on-site. Design & modifications to existing products and design & development of new products.

Duties:

SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design from concept to completion 

Detail drawing, documentation and FEA

Project management of own work

Management of Engineering Documentation

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient with SOLIDWORKS latest version

• Ability to perform FEA analysis in SOLIDWORKS

• Experience in Sheetmetal & Weldments

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Ability to problem solve

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
