Mechanical Engineer - Port Hedland (Permanent Relocation)

The role will be based in Goodline’s Port Hedland Division which is a town in the Pilbara region, situated on the north coast of Western Australia. 

About you:

You will have a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a construction project environment in similar roles and a sound knowledge of core fundamentals of construction.

You will also have;

• Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-disciplined, technical construction projects in the mining or commercial construction industry.
• Demonstrated contract experience in industrial construction environments
• Sound ability to identify potential contractual, schedule and safety risks
• Demonstrated ability to work at multiple levels of stakeholder management across various disciplines
• Highly-developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Australian recognised degree or qualifications
• The right to work in Australia

The areas you will excel in should include quality assurance, work pack development, procurement, scheduling, reporting, contract administration and leadership/mentorship. The work is varied, often challenging and will excite an ambitious person looking to advance their career in a great environment. 

You will be working in a large team supported by discipline Superintendents, Project Managers and Supervisors.
