Mechanical Engineering (Fitter/Machinist) Apprenticeship

The Opportunity:

Our host specializes in manufacturing components for the biomedical, automotive, mining, film, heavy industry, architectural, transport and building sectors using the latest CNC machines, robotic part loading and manufacturing software's.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by technology and can see themselves setting and programming these advanced CNC machines and robots, pushing the technology to its limits.

Location: Brookvale NSW

Duties may include:

• Manual milling and turning on conventional lathes and mills
• Assisting with running and maintaining CNC lathes and mills
• Programming machines and robots using onboard conversational programming
• Using CAD/CAM software (towards the end of the apprenticeship)

About You:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• Completion of Year 10 High School
• Drivers Licence desirable but not essential
