Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team at our Laverton facility in Victoria. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement solutions to optimize machine performance.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in the recycling or waste management industries is highly desirable.
- Desirable: High Risk tickets such as Rigging, Elevated Work Platform, or Forklift License would be advantageous.
- Desirable: Knowledge of CMMS or similar software.
- Desirable: Strong focus on safety with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
