THE ROLE
Let’s get down to what this role looks like today and what your key duties are going to be, these are the opportunities where you can shine.
DUTIES
- Maintaining and repairing plant and equipment
- Diagnose, fault find and repair
- Perform preventative maintenance schedules, attend breakdowns, minimise downtime and implement constant Improvement initiatives.
- Carry out inspections
- Contribute to the achievement of of maintenance targets
- Contribute to the company's continuous improvement targets
- Adhere to HSEQ policies and play an active role in maintaining the safety culture.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- The right attitude and the motivation to grow in this role and see the opportunity
- Cert 3 – Engineering trade qualification in either:
- Mechanical
- Fabrication
- Tool Making
- A high level of technical and diagnostic skills
- Have good written, communication and numeracy skills
- Flexibility within tight time schedules in accordance with variable workload demands
- Has troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities
- Holds a valid driver’s licence
- Forklift Licence - must have.
