West Power Group Pty Ltd is a privately owned specialist generator company based in Canning Vale, Perth.
WPG provide sales, rental, installation, service and support to the construction, electrical, mining and resource industries for diesel power generation systems, fuel systems, generator installation, service, maintenance and factory load testing.
The Role:
West Power Group Pty Ltd require an experienced Mechanic to join our team based in Perth. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Mechanical assembly of generators, exhaust systems, plant room attenuators and associated fuel systems.
- Site installation of generators, exhaust systems, plant room attenuators and associated fuel systems.
- Mechanical preventative maintenance and breakdown repair of diesel generators.
- Predictive and reactive service, maintenance, and repair of all Power Generation equipment and fuel systems.
- Trouble shooting as required.
- Complete general laboring when required
- Generator rental fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Attend breakdowns as required.
- Daily housekeeping.
- Record keeping.
Essential Criteria:
- A current and valid WA driver’s license.
- Time management and task prioritization ability.
- Able to manage and perform administrative and hands on duties.
- A positive can do attitude and a team player mentality.
- Great customer skills.
- National Police Clearance.
