SalaryWorkfast are working on behalf of our client who are a multi national company who specialise in the mining and civil sectors across QLD.
They are looking to employ a multiple Mechanical Fitters for an upcoming shutdown across mining projects in North QLD.
What you get

- Uniform and PPE provided (if required)
- Bus will pick you up from camp and take you to and from the work site
About you
- Must be qualified as a Mechanical Fitter
- Up to date order 43 medical
- Up to date Standard 11
- Experience on working within mine sites
- Be a team player
- Have own tools
- Have reliable transport and be able to get yourself to the camp
What you will be doing
- Mechanical Fitting duties as per supervisors instructions
- Troubleshooting conveyer systems
- Maintenance duties
- Working alongside other operatives such as fitters and boilermakers
- Assisting colleagues as per supervisors instructions
- Displaying great health and safety
