About our client
Our client is an Australian government business enterprise involved with Australian naval shipbuilding, headquartered in Osborne, South Australia.
What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter for a role based in Henderson. You will be responsible for planned maintenance, repairing defects and submarine electrical work.
This role is working on a 9 day fortnight with option for overtime if desired. Shifts include working 6:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday and 6.00am to 3pm on Friday. Every second Friday is an RDO
Skills and Experience:
• Trade Certificate (Mechanical)
• Police Clearance (Within 3 Months)
• Confined Space Ticket (Within 2 years)
• White Card
• Able to Pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Australian Citizenship
