Mechanical Fitters - Defence

Buildability Group have been tasked with securing competent Mechanical Fitters for maintenance works on Garden Island and industrial sites.

Buildability Group have been tasked with securing competent Mechanical Fitters for maintenance works on Garden Island and industrial sites. With a focus on marine environments and associated pipework & hydraulic servicing and replacements.
If successful you can expect:

• $50 - $65ph
• Penalties, Super and OT
• Travel Allowance
• 3-6 Month duration
• 8-10 Hour Shifts - 5/6 days
• Weekly Pay

What’s we are looking for:

• Hold relevant trade qualifications / tickets
• Defence / Naval experience highly regarded
• Current Defence clearance regarded highly
• Hydraulic qualifications & experience
• Pipework experience desired
• Experience working with pumps
• Ability to work long hours
• Tradesmen to have Basic tools
