About the role
Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a leading commercial HVAC company in Canberra. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management from contract award to DLP handover. Ensure compliance with WHS, Environment, and Quality standards while managing financial performance and meeting deadlines. Requires minimum 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC systems. Proficiency in Asbestos and Silica Awareness, valid Driver's License, and WHS Construction Induction essential. Join a dynamic team where your efforts are recognized and developed! Key Responsibilities for the role

• Ensure WHS, Environment, and Quality compliance.
• Manage financial performance effectively.
• Coordinate programs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Support Facilities Maintenance Department through DLP

Skills & Experience

• WHS Construction Induction (White Card).
• Proficiency in Asbestos and Silica Awareness.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC.
• Familiarity with Simpro and/or ProCore platforms.
