Established in 2002, the company continues to evolve as one of Melbourne’s west and northern suburbs’ top building and maintenance construction companies. Due to our client’s needs and business expansion, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join the team, working on projects across the Macedon Ranges and Grampians Central Highlands regions.

Attractive salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000,000 + Super, depending on skills and experience.
The Role
Working closely with Site Clean’s Project Director you will be responsible for administrating a range of projects in residential, commercial and education building and Construction works, maintenance and demolition and site cleaning projects. Administrating the day-to-day requirements of the projects in accordance with our contracted scope and integrated systems.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Administration
- Liaise with the project stakeholders such as customers, managers, and other team members to build, document and administrate all company systems and manuals to ensure the smooth running of ongoing projects.
- Project contracts administration
- Track the compliance and time frames of projects, addressing any issues with management.
- Document control.
- Policies & Procedures
Your Profile
· Qualifications/experience - Have a relevant qualification or extensive (5+) experience in project administration.
· Driver licence
- Industry Experience - Familiarity with the construction industry and project administration within the industry.
- Project administration technical skills - Being responsible and accountable for successful realisation of the project.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills - Word, Excel & Outlook
- Accuracy & high attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise all task
- Problem solves issues and make decisions
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities
